Prospek Membangun Villa di Bali

Desain Villa Bali Emporio

Halo pengunjung setia Emporio Home For You, kali ini saya akan membahas sedikit mengenai sebuah bangunan yang tidak asing bagi kita, yaitu villa. Selain itu pada bagian berikutnya akan dibahas mengenai prospek investasi villa di tempat tinggal saya yaitu di Bali  ^ ^

Sebelum kita membahas lebih jauh alangkah baiknya kita bahas dulu mengenai pengertian Villa itu sendiri. Villa adalah bangunan yang dibangun untuk sekedar 'short vacation', misalnya di gunung atau di laut, sekedar untuk menikmati pemandangan alam untuk berlibur. Jadi ada perbedaan besar antara konsep villa dengan rumah biasa. Di dalam villa, ada beberapa ruang yang biasa kita tempatkan pada rumah konvensional yang bisa kita hilangkan, misalnya ruang tamu (siapa yang akan bertamu?, kita kan tamu..he he), garasi (tinggalnya sebentar koq..) kemudian area laundry (terutama untuk kompleks villa, hal ini bisa ditiadakan). 

Selain itu, soal terpenting lainnya adalah masalah privasi area. Jika kita merancang rumah hunian, maka sebelum mendesain, kita harus terlebih dahulu menentukan 3 zone privasi, yaitu, zone publik, (carport, teras), lalu zone semi publik (ruang tamu), dan yang terakhir zone privat ( ruang keluarga, ruang makan, kamar tidur). Di dalam villa hanya ada 2 zone, yaitu zone publik (carport dan taman luar) dan zone privat (semuanya selain carport melebur jadi satu bagian disini). Jadi inilah penjelasan kami secara singkat mengenai konsep villa, mudah-mudahan artikel ini bermanfaat bagi teman-teman semua, have a nice day  :)

The Prospect of Villa Investment in Bali (2)

 

Hello loyal visitors Emporio Home For You, this time I will discuss a bit about a building that is not strange for us, named Villa. Also in the next section will discuss investment prospects in my residence villas in Bali, that is ^ ^

Before we discuss further maybe we'd better discuss about the notion of Villa itself. Villa is a building that was built for just a 'short vacation', for example in the mountains or  sea, just to enjoy the scenery for a vacation. So there are big differences between the concept of villa with ordinary house. Inside the villa, there are some common space that we place on a conventional home that we can eliminate, for example living room (who will visit? We're ourselves are guests .. he he), garage (we just stay for a while..) and laundry area (especially for the complex of villas, this can be eliminated).

In addition, other important matter is the privacy areas. If we design a ordinary house, then prior of designing, we must first determine three zones of privacy, namely, the public zone (carport, porch), and semi-public zones (living room), and the last zone of private (family room, dining room , bedroom). Inside the villa there are only 2 zones, namely the public zone (carport and outside the park) and private zone (all in addition to carport merged into one section here).
